  Simon was excellent to deal with. He had fantastic communication from the first moment we contacted him to enquire about the piece of land, this continued throughout the entire buying process and after we settled. He provided a very prompt service and was informative and knowledgeable.

  We dealt with Nathan Cag who was knowledgeable, friendly and always returned our phone calls. He answered questions quickly and if he didn't know an answer, he talked to someone who did. He is a good representative for this business and give a glowing recommendation for his dealing with myself and my husband.

  My husband and I decided to buy land in Burgundy Estate Angle Vale in May 2020. After enquiring about when the land would be ready for Stage 2A and 2B, we decided to purchase land in Stage 2A as it was expected to be ready for Settlement in September 2020.
  2 weeks after signing our contract, and after us having to enquire as to why no Civil Works had commenced, we were advised that the land has been delayed until the end of November. They would have been aware of these delays when we signed our contract, but still decided not to advise us until after signing. This was then continuously pushed out until we have finally reached settlement on our land mid January 2021, with 2 weeks notice to settle.
  On top of this, they wouldn't accept our request to postpone settlement by 3 weeks so that we could also settle on our build loan at the same time. I know a lot of these issues are relating to the vendor rather than Century 21, but I genuinely don't know why we even had a contact for Century 21. John Simonetti was our agent and replied to emails relatively quickly but still couldn’t really answer any questions relating to the land at all. They were not forthcoming with information and couldn't tell us why there were delays, what the expected start or finish dates were, approximate dates for settlement, etc. The only positive was that he was available on weekends.
  Then the icing on the cake would be that Century 21 haven't even had the effort to put simple SOLD stickers on the lot signs. A whole of 11 lots were released in Stage 2A, a 4 month delay and they can't even manage a sticker on 11 signs.
  It is disappointing to see so many estates in the area releasing land continuously and consistently, and they still have the professionalism to respect the small wins for land buyers. But not Century 21.

  Century 21 Property People and Andy Nguyen were a dream to deal with.
  Andy was polite, knowledgeable and professional at all times. He sold our property the first weekend and used his great negotiating skills to get the price we were aiming to achieve.
